A Harpoon Launcher.
Three Harpoon Launchers can be found at the end of Eagle's Eye in Utgarde Pinnacle. If a [Harpoon] is in the player's inventory they may fire it using these launchers at Skadi the Ruthless, which will kill Grauf in the process.
