This is a Boss in Dire Maul East Wing.

He sacrifices people on the altar next to him. He has got Old Ironbark in his grasp, and Ironbark can't do a thing while Zevrim is still alive. When players kill Thornhoof, Ironbark is able to open the door to Alzzin the Wildshaper
