Every baby worm dreams of being a gladiator in the worm arena, where burly worms battle it out to eat sheep, grow, and squish their adversaries.
Wormhead is a worm who fights in a worm arena in the official Blizzard scenario map for Warcraft III called Worm war. The worm is fed sheep from which it produces "segments" which follow it. These segments are covered in spikes. Fire elementals are also kept in the arena too which might harm the worm. The worm can eat Fire Elementals with the help of a special item.
Wormhead is a model of a nerubian crypt lord and makes all the sounds of a crypt lord. Each time it eats a worm it grows a smaller bug called a "segment" that follow the cryptlord wormhead. One of the worm's skills is called "crypt craving".Template:Cite[1]
