Winna Hazzard is a level 57 quest giver located at Bloodvenom Post in the contested territory of Felwood. She is accompanied by her kitten and has a penchant for laughing maniacally. Some may say that she is exceptionally cruel, but she just strongly desires the Horde to have an advantage over the Alliance in any way possible.
