Whulwert Copperpinch
Whulwert Copperpinch is a level 30 speciality vendor located on the Lower Rise in the tauren city of Thunder Bluff. He is only available during the Feast of Great-Winter event. He is affiliated with Smokywood Pastures, and sells all sorts of holiday related items.
He starts the quest

Notes
Like all Smokywood Pastures merchants, Whulwert is named after a large store chain, in his case, the retail company Woolworth's.
