Voidbinder Sturzah is the Alliance Item Level Upgrade NPC, located in southern Cathedral Square near the canals^{[50.6, 60.8][57.8, 65.2]} in Stormwind City. Players may talk to them to upgrade the item level of equipment in exchange for Honor points, Valor Points, Justice Points or Conquest Points. Items to be upgraded must have an item level of at least 458.
