Go to Shadowfang Keep and obtain the Fang of Fenrus from Fenrus the Destroyer, 5 bundles of Moontouched Wood, and 5 Worg Sinew.

The cursed Shadowfang Keep in Silverpine Forest is the only place to get the materials you'll need. Travel there and bring back the fang of the wolf Fenrus, a supply of moontouched wood, and sinew from the worgs infesting the keep.
