Made a small edit to first aid - you can use it during combat. Its just that it gets interrupted if the first-aider or the person being bandaged get hit. For players with stuns, root etc this is useful. As a mage you can polymorph and then bandage up for example. You're still in combat though. -- Goldark 09:17, 26 Nov 2004 (EST)

I don't know who was responsible for the majority of this article, but a proverbial Three Stooges Slap needs to go to them. The tone of elitism and condescension in places makes me want to retch, although a few months ago I remember trying to excise the worst of it.
I'd try and rewrite most of it, but I'd be too worried that whichever individuals who wrote it as it currently stands would simply revert it back.
Not everyone in the Hunter community is like this, by a long shot...but there are some people playing this game who sometimes truly make me feel ashamed to play a Hunter.

I'm not seeing the changes to tracking that were mentioned in the article. It still is confusing as ever to sort out what is a mob and what is a resource node; there isn't any "blinking" or anything else that appears to differentiate one from the other, even with all my addons disabled. As for the other changes, they were made to offer a more neutral POV, just in case people really do want to focus on leveling their prof while leveling, as opposed to what a lot of players do, namely gather for gold through the levels, then switch to a prod prof.
