It's all about timing Edit

Another important feature of Slam that was not discussed is the ability to start the "cast timer" before a normal swing. If you time it right, then the Slam will hit just after your normal weapon swing. This will dramatically reduce the impact of reseting the swing timer, and can effectively double your dps output. Contradictions. Edit

This page contradicts it's self. At the top it says Slam bypasses the swing time, and down the bottom it says it resets it. -0- Crioca

I believe that it was changed to the former some time ago, so I'm going to make the edit to correct it.
