Well, on the Live realms it seems to be the same as it always has been.

Anyone in the Beta willing and able to trek to the back of beyond to see if the area has changed? It's rather unlikely, to be honest, but if Newman's Landing can get a revamp, who knows, maybe the Abandoned Tauren Village will? Whiplash1427 (talk) 18:18, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

I just visited (12/4/08) and it's still empty. But given that the house in Ashenvale which used to be empty is now inhabited, and Newman's Landing is as well, I'm sure it's only a matter of time before this one gets some new residents, even if they're unimportant NPCs.    -=<lilyth>=-     t/c 06:39, 4 December 2008 (UTC)
  • Ohh which house in Ashenvale? Direct me to the page plz? Ty.--Mistertrouble189 (talk) 06:25, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
It's at [17, 49] in Ashenvale. It's a small house with a little moonlight gazebo and stone table outside, and it used to be empty. I claimed it as "home" for one of my characters. But in a recent patch they added some useless NPCs to it... a family of 4 night elves and 2 humans, so I was forced to move out >.< I'm not sure how 6 people share a house with only one bed though...    -=<lilyth>=-     t/c 06:19, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
It looks like the goblins are trying to take over Newman's Landing. LOL Rolandius Paladin (talk - contr) 06:54, 4 January 2009 (UTC)

I think this should be named "Forgotten Village" Deadeyehunte (talkcontr)

We could call this place the "Abandoned Tauren Settlement". Fairly Straightforward. Sarkoff (talkcontr)

I second this name. Simple and to the point. InternetNinja92 (talkcontr)
