I'm sure there are a few high elves there. Probably the High Elf Refugees from Shattrath. When you get down to it a high elf living in Shattrath is little different from his blood elf neighbor.

I once read on the magister's page some time ago that Magistrix is similar to Archmage , also if u look better u can find in wow female blood elves with the name Magister in Netherstorm aiding the SUnfury and those magisters(who I saw to be mostly female) in Shadowmoon aiding the Scryers in the attack against Illidan([[User:Marakanis|Marakanis]] 18:34, 19 February 2008 (UTC))

Does anyone know yet how reputation will be determined? Will it start out fresh for everyone or will it take the rep of the faction you belong to? If this information is not available it would be prudent to add it as soon as it is made so.--Oni Ookami AlfadorTalk|@ 22:45, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

There's been no word from the Blizz posters. As soon as it's posted it'll be getting added both here and probably on the Patch 2.4.0 page. I'd assume it's going to start out fresh considering Blizz's history with factions like Cenarion Circle vs Cenarion Expedition... --k_d3 23:05, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
Of course you start out fresh. It's about game mechanics. The Shattered Sun is the faction belonging to one of the hardest five mans and hardest raid dungeon in the game once 2.4 is released, no way Blizzard is giving away exalted status really easily by converting Aldor or Scryers reputation into Shattered Sun rep. That would mean that you can buy some awesome gear while you haven't done shit on Sunwell Isle. You'll need to grind up there from neutral or unfriendly, by questing and doing the instances.IconSmall BloodElf MaleAMBER(RΘCK) 07:48, 5 February 2008 (UTC)

Player title achieved with faction

Looking into the CharTitles Db file in the 2.4 PTR MPQ, it seems that as well as Hand of A'dal, a new player title being introduced this patch will be Of The Shattered Sun. I don't know the rules about posting things taken via a MPQ delving program, so I'll refrain from posting it on the article for now Oahkoah 15:15, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

Its like the title "Champion of the Naaru", if you complete the attunement for Black Temple and Battle of the Mount Hyjal.--IconSmall FireFireMasterIconSmall Pandaren(IconSmall BloodElf MaleT-CIconSmall PitLord) 16:53, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
No, that is for the Hand of A'dal. I said there was a SECOND title in the data files called <player> Of the Shattered Sun Oahkoah 16:58, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
Humm... So I dont know.--User:FireMaster/Sig1 17:03, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

Probably a title you get at exalted. Leviathon 19:51, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

It appears to be obtainable upon the complete reclaiming of Sun's Reach, by donating 1000g to Anchorite Kairthos via the quest A Magnanimous Benefactor. The PTR hasn't progressed this far yet, of course. Suzaku 04:06, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

High Elves

I don't quite get why there are no High Elves trying help reclaim their Well. I'm starting to think the theory that Metzen truly is trying to destroy the High Elves  IconSmall HighElf Male Mr.X8 Talk Contribs 17:33, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

Note that it says the faction consists MOSTLY of blood leves and draenei , that means there must be a few memebers of another race/races , maybe there wil be some high elves after all(Marakanis 18:48, 10 February 2008 (UTC))

True but I can see a good thing and a bad thing. One the Scryers allow even Night Elves to be part of their organization. And the bad thing is, from a lore point of view, could the High Elves even get along w/ the Blood Elves, and would they even allow their non-corrupted ancestors?  IconSmall HighElf Male Mr.X8 Talk Contribs 19:06, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

The Azeroth blood elves are almost High Elves with green eyes in this patch, they changed ALOT im sure some high elves will be ther somehow, maybe the Blood Elves returns to the high elf state.--Gurluas 19:13, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

I just saw there's a high elf Archmage appearing!!! I'm beggining to love this faction :) (Marakanis 19:58, 11 February 2008 (UTC))

It seems story wise the blood elves are changing quite a bit. Even a lot of quests (such as the paladin level 12 redemption spell quest) have been changed. Leviathon 20:02, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
Marakanis where is this high elf archmage?, if you mean Ne'thul then no he is a blood elf, so is Aryanna.--Gurluas 05:38, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

Oops my bad , he had a high elf male icon before so I assumed... also he's title is Archmage , I always thought archamage is the blood elf 'name' for Magistrix.Guess BLizz is tired of that title :) (Marakanis 11:59, 16 February 2008 (UTC))

Magistrix is the female title for Magister that is the title for Blood Elf Mages because there are no male blood elves with the title "Magistrix" and there are no female blood elves with the title "Magister". How'd you think it's the equivalent to archmage? --N'Nanz 18:58, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
