How is it that the very man that creates this story can forget something like this while those that play his game do not? I doubt he actually forgot but decided to change it and pass off the "Forgetting" scenario as his reason. -Karye

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. He's got the job, after all, and we don't. Mostly because I can think of a million ways not to make the mistake he did that are perfectly plausible, if he'd actually wanted to avoid the problem.
On the other hand, you have to wonder how much he's pressured by the company to change the lore to fit the desired gameplay. It's all speculation, and a huge chicken and egg problem, but I get the feeling through most of the choices made for WoW, from closed beta to expansion, that he doesn't have a huge say in what goes into the game and is probably told, in more words, "make it work." -- Montag 17:32, 23 October 2006 (EDT)
WoW does have its Lorelol moments. Iam still trying to figure out the Blood Elfs lore. It makes little sense.--Knighthonor (talk) 04:22, August 8, 2010 (UTC)

The guys a hack. He forgot about multiple lore aspects now. Gilneas, Draenie, even Arthas/Ner'zhul being a singular being/personality. He has failed miserably as the caretaker of the lore.
