Post-Cataclysm Role Edit
I have a question: since we now know that the worgen originated as feral druids, and are not from another plane of existence, where do the Lords of the Emerald Flame fit into all this? There's a pretty decent argument that they're the green dragonflight and that the worgen were in the emerald dream before they were reintroduced to Azeroth, but even though worgen are wild, they're not really evil according to the current lore. I can't really see the green dragonflight at war with worgen in this case, since at the end of the day they're still a part of "nature". Do you guys think this is just a complete retcon? Or is there something I'm just not considering? —This unsigned comment is by Ashlyyn (talk • contribs) 17:36, April 19, 2011. Please sign your posts with ~~~~!
- Until Blizz release more lore info about this, there are more questions than answers. -- (talk · contr) 20 Apr 2011 6:02 PM Pacific
Sometimes I really wish Blizzard would patch up and continue with older lore instead of abandoning it and jumping off to something new. All it does is leave us with dozens of unanswered questions and incontinuity. I think it's pretty obvious that this topic will just be one of the dozens of forgotten bits of lore that blizzard leaves drifting aimlessly in the breeze. I mean, take all of the races, factions, and stories from classic, BC, and WOTLK that they've pretty much left half-finished with tons of new material they could make, questions they could answer, and things they could do. If only they'd continue with that stuff instead of ALWAYS making new races, factions, and stories that they'll leave just as unfinished as the last ones they made before.
