A guide Edit
A few things on this page I don't think are exactly the best. I don't mean to advertise, but you might want to take a look at this --> http://www.wowhead.com/forums&topic=159013 OkolorionTalk Contribs 18:59, June 21, 2010 (UTC)

friendshiop with gnomes Edit
considerign the dwarves and gnomes have always been luke warm with each other at best and down right nuetral in the 1st and second wars (gnomes did not join until right at the end unlike all goblin tribes who were loyal to orcs form start of 2nd). shouldn't thent he friendship remarks be more justified that dwarves tend not to get alogn with gnomes.
while the leadership did open the gates for gnomes it would at best be deemed a bulk immigration and likely viewed with envious eyes until a gnome has prooven themselves to the dwarves. —This unsigned comment is by 126.96.36.199 (talk • contribs) 20:47, July 19, 2016. - My question is what lore would support envious eyes? What I've seen thus far throughout World of Warcraft is that their relationship is somewhat close-ish, especially with them inhabiting the same zone (not just Ironforge, but Dun Morough in general) and each other seeming to supply each other economically, with dwarves providing the minerals needed for some of the gnomes' crazy inventions. -WoWDeathknight (talk) 03:52, July 20, 2016 (UTC)
