Tranquil Shot & Thekal's AbilityEdit

I've heard a rumor that the frenzy caused my leaving High Priest Thekal alive can be negated by having a hunter use the Tranquil Shot ability of Magmadar fame. Has anybody tried this? Can anybody confirm or disprove this? --Blacktusk 13:20, 10 October 2006 (EDT)

Yes, I can comfirm that. At 00:06, 26 June 2007 (UTC+8), with all the High Priests left alive, a guild called The Seven killed Hakkar the Soulflayer, and they comfirmed it. Spirit of ZandalarEdit

It was changed in a patch so that only people in Booty Bay and Yojamba Isle will get the buff.

Can anyone reconfirm on the information regarding Spirit of Zandalar? The buff info and Thottbot seem to disagree that it does not buff the entire zone:

Spirit of Zandalar
50000 yd range
Increases movement speed by 10%, chance to dodge by 5% and all stats by 15% for 2 hours.

galkuraven- August 28, o6 I was zapped while fishing on the docks of booty bay and received the buff!!! galkuraven-Sept 25, 2006, I was zapped, once again, with the "spirit of zandalar" on docks of booty bay!!!

Corrupted BloodEdit

Regarding patch notes 1.9.3:

Corrupted Blood now deals direct damage with a following : damage over time effect and no longer spreads to others in the raid. Fixed a bug that was causing Corrupted Blood to target the current target rather than the intended random target.

Does that mean, then that Corrupted Blood affects the entire raid, and no longer jumps to people, so spreading out is pointless?

Corrupted Blood now targets a single player. When struck, that player takes direct shadow damage, gets a DoT debuff, and nearby players take direct shadow damage. It's still worth spreading out to avoid the direct shadow damage, but you don't need to worry about spreading the DoT debuff --Blacktusk 13:20, 10 October 2006 (EDT)
