This line in the article would appear to be incorrect:
"Eventually, due to the troll's persistence, the Aqiri kingdom split in half as its citizens fled to separate colonies in the far northern and southern regions of the continent."
This suggests that Azjol-Nerub and Ahn'Qiraj were both in Kalimdor, whereas Azjol-Nerub has never been known to be in Kalimdo that I am aware of. This same article does say that Azjo-Nerub is in the Northern Wastes, which we know to be Northrend, but as it is a seperate landmass, it cannot be deemed the same continent.King-Kodiak (talk) 10:40, 11 December 2008 (UTC)
- These events took place before The Sundering when Kalimdor was one big continent. Rolandius (talk - contr) 10:56, 11 December 2008 (UTC)
- Kalimdor was once a big landmass, consisting of the now-known Kalimdor, the Eastern Kingdoms and Northrend. Following the events of the Great Sundering, which caused a big landmass to sink to the ocean depths, the world of Azeroth consists of the continents that we know today. - And here lies an important lesson. Read article before opening gob.....well, in this case, the discussion tab. It does say in the artcle 16000 years before the first orc invasion, so that would indeed be pre-sundering. I stand corrected. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by King-Kodiak (talk • contr).
