Notes

Steel Weapon Chain will reduce disarm duration while applied to either main hand or off-hand.

Steel Weapon Chain is considered a permanent augment, and will not stack with other permanent enchants.

As of Patch 2.4.2, Blacksmithing is not required to apply the weapon chain to a weapon.

The item  [Plans: Steel Weapon Chain] is a very rare drop worth at least 100 on most servers. Invaluable to blacksmiths looking to make money off of trade goods that they can produce.
