Background
These mobs are come in large group (about 8) with other Spitting Scarabs as well as Shrieker Scarabs. They have an acid spit attack that does 400 - 500 nature damage. Their regular attack hits a tank for 200 - 300 damage. They also have a 
[Dazed] attack.
Unlike other mobs in the Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj these do not provide reputation with the Cenarion Circle.
