The Spellstrike Infusion is a 2 piece set, with the pattern for [Spellstrike Pants] dropping off of the final boss in Shadow Labyrinth, Murmur and the pattern for [Spellstrike Hood] droppping off of the a boss in The Shattered Halls, Grand Warlock Nethekurse.

Both pieces are BoE. So they can be crafted by any tailor.
