Arcane Impact is a mage talent that increases the critical strike chance of the [Arcane Blast] and [Arcane Explosion] spells by 2% per rank, up to 6% at rank 3. For mages that frequently use Arcane Blast, this talent is a good way to increase the overall DPS potential of that spell.
