Template:AlchemyRecipes All Alchemy recipes are used by Alchemists to learn to create potions, oils, elixirs, and flasks. Recipes may be trained at a trainer or learned from a Recipe, which can be purchased from vendors, found as loot, or earned as quest rewards. There are currently 242 Alchemy recipes in the game. If you wish to determine which recipes you are missing, you can use the in-game mod Ackis Recipe List.
Recipes
The following recipes are sorted by difficulty and source. One might also be interested in lists of Transmutations, Elixirs, Flasks and Potions.
Note: The following recipes still list the various types of vial used pre-Cataclysm. All Potions, Elixirs and Flasks now require Crystal Vials.
Apprentice
It costs 8
to become an apprentice alchemist. The first three recipes are granted for free when this profession is begun.

Artisan
In the original game, Artisan recipes (up to skill 300) were the end game. Today there are also a few Burning Crusade recipes that require skill 300. Template:Ajax
