Defeat  Commander Springvale without allowing him to receive Unholy Empowerment in Shadowfang Keep on Heroic difficulty.

To the Ground! is a Cataclysm heroic dungeon achievement needed for the 
[Glory of the Cataclysm Hero] achievement, rewarding the [Reins of the Volcanic Stone Drake].
Strategy
Both types of adds will buff the boss so you have to have interrupts ready for both adds, which spawn every 45 seconds.
