Fetid Skulls drop from Scourge Champions while engaged on the quest 
[60] Marauders of Darrowshire.
Notes
A [Mystic Crystal] provided for the quest is used to determine if that particular skull is a [Resonating Skull] (owner participated in the Battle of Darrowshire) or not. The skulls that do not resonate are turned into [Bone Dust].
Patches and hotfixes
Patch 2.2.0 (2007-09-25): Fixed a bug that had to do with the Mystic Crystal which did not actually destroy the fetid skull, allowing for a player to acquire just one skull and use the crystal until they tired of it.
