Shadow Embrace is a warlock talent that adds a physical damage reduction debuff to some affliction spells.

Notes
Contrary to popular belief, Shadow Embrace still affects the bonus of 
[Soul Siphon].
Some locks use it as PvP dispel protection, along with 
[Unstable Affliction]. Since an enemy cannot choose which magic effects they get rid of, those in conjunction make dispelling very dangerous or otherwise useless.
