The content of this article is not part of official Warcraft lore, but has nevertheless become part of the World of Warcraft culture or community.
The Tamparts is an extremely difficult instance to complete. It requires level 3,718 to enter, and you need to beat BT 17 times in order to start getting attuned. It it is so insanely difficult, you have to take on Illidian, Kil'Jeadin, Sargeras, and the Lich King in one pull.

The Tamparts were made on the server Sentinels (US) when someone accidentally misspelled "Ramparts" as "Tamparts", causing someone on LFG to make the comment "Tamparts, thats a really hard instance! Its way harder than Ramparts!" After this, every person on LFG started making comments on the imaginary Tamparts, such as "The first boss is a fusion between High Overlord Saurfang and Leeroy Jenkins riding Deathwing".
The following days, about every 20 minutes someone would make mention of these "Tamparts" on LFG chat, making it as disturbing as the Chuck Norris chat in The Barrens.
