|Joranthaar||Cenarion Circle||Paladin||12||Dragon Riders||N/A|
Joranthaar wanted to be a paladin since he was a young child. He was, at that time, close friends with another human named Drakon. While Joranthaar always did the righteous and good thing, Drakon always seemed to do whatever served himself best. Since then, Joranthaar has fulfilled his dream of becoming a Paladin, and has felt valuable that he can preserve life, and insure it does not end for his comrades. He supports and upholds the holy light and does all in his power to enforce it and bring justice, despite his fairly plain upbringing and previously dull life. Soon after his training he met a gnome warlock named Zipptak, with a mischievous imp named Gartal at his side. Zipptak and Joranthaar soon became friends, and have helped each other out despite their different beliefs and desires. A while after meeting Zipptak, they met in the tavern in Goldshire, and Zipptak had a new pet he wanted to tell Joranthaar about. It was not a voidwalker, not Gartal, not a demon at all. It was a rather dense-looking orc by the name of Throgonn which he had apparently enslaved, probably by exploiting his lack of intelligence. Joranthaar was shocked at this, and eventually, after a while, and even seeing a demonstration of what the orc could do, convinced Zipptak to let him go. Soon, Joranthaar discovered that Drakon had willingly become and undead, and from then on has been embroiled in one after another of Zipptak and Gartal's sinister plots to turn him back.
