The start date of Season 4 has yet to be determined. It is certain that it will not start when the 2.4 patch goes live.[1]. The new gear will be called Brutal Gladiator's Gear.
Season 4 Weapons will most likely require a personal rating and team rating of 1850 to purchase, while shoulder slot items require 2000. The chest, legs, hands, and head slot items do not require a rating to purchase.
Season 3 items will most likely be available at a 15% discount, while Season 2 items are available for Honor Points and Battleground Tokens and Season 1 will be taken out of honor vendor. Blizzard has said that they will be adding the Season gear to the PvE Tokens so you will still be able to get Season 1 with the Tier 4 tokens.
