Scare beast will apply a 
[Fear] effect to the targeted beast causing it to run away from you for X seconds.
Functionality
Uses
- This can be used as crowd control when fighting multiple mobs and one happens to be a beast.
- This can be used to run away from a beast.
- Don't forget, druids in animal form and shamen in ghost wolf form count as animals, and can be targeted by this spell.
Limitations
- This will work only on beasts
- Any damage may (but not necessarily) break the effect
- Only one beast may be scared at once
- A scared beast may bring adds
Range
- 10 yards
Cooldown
- 30 seconds
Casting Time
- 1.5 seconds
