Rollick MacKreel is a master cooking trainer who can be found with the other trainers (except the mining, blacksmith and first aid trainers, which are in the north east of the keep), in the south east side of Valiance Keep. From the boat, travel northward until you find the recruits, turn left, across the boats, in front of the building turn left again. The trainers are up the slope, and the cooking trainer is the first one on the left.
