Extra work. 2.) Confusing. 3.) Documented on the main page like so many other things.)

Substituting Quest:What Do You Feed a Yeti, Anyway? for this (and Quest:What Do You Feed a Yeti, Anyway? (Horde)) is a sensible substitution for using a disambig page. The quests are nearly identical: They have precisely identical goals and method of achieving them, and almost identical dialog. They differ in only two respects: the ship the character goes to, and the NPC you get/leave the quest with. There is one info box. Placing the external links for both quests at the bottom works just fine with existing templates. Not putting the external links in the info box works, as the template simply omits the links.

Please leave the combined quest page alone until either a vote on this page succeeds or fails. --Eirik Ratcatcher (talk) 22:36, September 3, 2009 (UTC)

Given the current dispute, I am discontinuing editing the 3.2.0 quest pages (and related pages). Arguments along the lines of "but everything else works this way" will accordingly fall on deaf ears, as those other pages CAN be changed, and for this limited set of quests, would have been changed save for this dispute. --Eirik Ratcatcher (talk) 22:43, September 3, 2009 (UTC)

Morph, the quests are not identical in the quest text; if you read the description you see that there are differences in the quest text. Furthermore the tooltip and link will confuse people in that it's different quest givers for the exact same quest. That's not the case. The same can be also said for the {{Questbox}} where the id= can only be assigned for one quest ID.

And like I said in my vote: one quest, one article. --g0urra[T҂C] 08:12, September 4, 2009 (UTC)

Disambiguation pages for these quests have lead to an entire faction's quests not being created, among other things. If we won't even create them as stubs, why is there argument against having their data on a unified page?
I'd like to see some actual people who were confused by multiple questgivers, particularly when the faction icon precedes the NPC name. The limitation of Questbox was dealt with as I described; there is no particular requirement to have links in the info box.
I think "one quest, one page" is the driving consideration for you, Gourra. The template issues could be overcome, if we really wanted. --Eirik Ratcatcher (talk) 18:57, September 8, 2009 (UTC)
