Description
<Name>, I'm afraid I must ask of you the impossible.
I received my eyepatch because he willed it so. Countless thousands have perished to his wrath. It was only by sheer miracle that we were able to imprison him here.
Doing so was a grave mistake. When the quakes came, his cell was opened and with it came his fury. His band of Riverpaw gnolls guard him feverishly.
You know of who I speak. You must defeat him, lest he mounts an attack of his own and slaughters us all in bloodthirsty rage.

Notes
Pick up The Good Ol' Switcheroo and By Fire Be Saved! before heading into the riot. Take a left at the fork (heading west) to enter the gnoll portion of the Stockade. Hogger is a level 24 elite with 5208 health and the following abilities:
- Vicious Slice — A vicious slice rips through the enemy target, instantly dealing 103% normal weapon damage. The target is also left bleeding for 5% of maximum health every 2 sec for 6 sec.
- Maddening Call — A maddening call is unleashed, dealing 69 to 85 Physical damage to all nearby enemies and leaving their melee attack, ranged attack, and casting speeds all reduced by 50%.
On aggro:
- Hogger yells: Elwynn Forest was merely a setback!
Death:
- Hogger yells: Yiiipe!
- Thelwater runs in.
- Warden Thelwater yells: This ends here, Hogger!
- Warden Thelwater says: He's...he's dead?
- Warden Thelwater says: It's simply too good to be true. You couldn't have killed him so easily!
