[Scourge Data] to Betina Bigglezink.
You will have to delve deeper into Stratholme, <name>.
Beyond the first gates you will find the ziggurats. We know that the Scourge draws great power from these structures. Search the Ziggurats and return with any information that you may discover.

The Scourge Data is found in a tiny box on the floor of one of the ziggurats.
This is a great reward, because it allows you to replace your 
[Argent Dawn Commission] with a trinket that gives combat bonuses against the Undead and still acquire Scourgestones.
In addition to the normal rewards, this quest will increase your reputation with the Argent Dawn.
