It used to be that this part of the chain was often declined by alliance players wishing to keep their furbolg form, as the quest required you to give up Dartol's Rod of Transformation, which is often considered the main reason for doing the chain. However, in the most recent patches, players keep the rod after the quest is over.
Return to your own tribe and let them know of your victory here.
