It's quite an enjoyable celebration, if you have the time to spare. We share food, drink, stories and of course... more fireworks!
Open the invitation while standing inside the circle of greater moonlight and you'll be transported to Moonglade.
Upon completion of this quest you will gain:

The fireworks are available for 25 for the rockets and 1 for the clusters from the right near the . You can recognize the fireworks vendor by the large quantities of fireworks next to them. Color and size are not specified, so you can use any of the offerings.
The nearby vended fireworks are cheap and convenient, but you can alternately use other sources. Any of the engineering crafted Lunar Festival fireworks will work, as will the fireworks from the which can be obtained using five . The schematics and the pack are only sold in Moonglade, but leftovers from the previous year work, druids (level 10 and above) have easy access to Moonglade, and the fireworks do not bind.
, mailed to you by some of the Lunar Festival Elders you talked to (others send a different item) also work for the cluster firework objective. The Lucky Rocket Cluster buff is quite good, and you might not want to use two at once, wasting a buff.
You need to use the fireworks near the corresponding Fireworks Launcher and Cluster Launcher objects. There are some of each near the revelers. The Fireworks Launcher has a single tube and the Cluster Launcher has four clustered tubes. You only need to be in the vicinity of these, you can conveniently stand between them.
