Description

The temple sits in the center of the Dragonblight. Follow the road east until it ends, and then cross The Dragon Wastes to get to it.
I'm sure that when the steward reads your introduction he'll see to it that you gain an audience with Queen Alexstraza. We can only hope that we're not too late.

It has been discovered that the ley line intersection at Moonrest Gardens was unfettered by the blue dragonflight. Their forces used a surge needle to destroy the capstone, but instead of flowing the power back to the Nexus, they utilized a series of foci to clumsily run and augment the power under the land to the Azure Dragonshrine.
Needless to say, this has had dire consequences wherever the magic shot up through the ground. The Ancients of the woodlands, the Kalu'ak, and other creatures have been adversely affected. Luckily for us, <name>, the <race> who stands before you, was instrumental in tracking down and dealing with all of these problems.
In my opinion, <name> could be a great asset to Wyrmrest in helping to deal with the problems that the temple currently faces. I humbly ask that you consider <him/her> a resource, one which I found to be invaluable.

Rifle the Bodies starts the main blue dragonflight questline in Dragonblight.
There are three breadcrumbs pointing to Stars' Rest: from Wintergarde Keep ( [15-30] A Disturbance In The West) and Moa'ki Harbor ( [15-30] Your Presence is Required at Stars' Rest) in Dragonblight, and from Death's Stand ( [15-30] The Lost Courier) in Borean Tundra, all of which are optional.
Objectives
Find the Moonrest Gardens Plans and return them to the Image of Archmage Modera at Stars' Rest.
Description
The Moonrest Gardens to the southwest were the final resting place of a noble group of Highborne elves. It was also a powerful ley line nexus.
The blue dragonflight used a magical device they call a surge needle to destroy that nexus, freeing the power to redirect at their will.
I need more information and I hope that you will get it for me.
After the upheaval at the ruins, the ghosts of the Highborne rose up and decimated half of the mage hunters present. Go rifle their corpses for clues.
