Children's Week icon

The subject of this article or section is part of Children's Week, a seasonal event that lasts one week. Once the event has run its course, this will no longer be available until next year, but there are no guarantees.

Children's Week starts the Shattrath Children's Week quest chain for the horde. This quest chain can be repeated annually, allowing a character to gain Money achievement Veteran Nanny in three years.

Children's Week only requires a level 60 player to summon his or her Shattrath City Orphan to them. Talking to her finishes the quest.

Objectives Edit

Use the Blood Elf Orphan Whistle to call for the ward that you will be looking after during Children's Week.

You will need:

Description Edit

One special little girl is going to be very happy to have you as a friend, even if it is for a short while.

Take this whistle. With it, you will be able to call for the child that you have agreed to sponsor. It will only last for a limited time - not much longer than Children's Week itself, in fact.

Please, <name>, call upon your orphan. I know that she will be more than excited to meet you and have the opportunity to venture out of the city!

Reward Edit

+10 Lower City Reputation

Completion Edit

Hmph, you're my sponsor? I'm Salandria! I've been here ever since I was a little baby. My parents were taken by the war, so I have to live here at the orphanage.

It's not that bad, but I always wanted to go places -- I haven't ever stepped foot outside of the city. I've already made a list of all the cool places that I want to go, and the awesome things that I want to do.

I'm ready to go when you are!
