Prayer of Spirit is a group buff spell that can be learned from a trainer at level 60. To learn the spell, a priest must have the 
[Divine Spirit] talent from the Discipline talent tree.
The single-member buff spell of this kind is the Divine Spirit spell.
The [Improved Divine Spirit] talent affects the group buff as well.
Functionality
Prayer of Spirit is an instant cast spell and has a range of 40 yds.

Notes
If the casting priest is not flagged for PvP, but some party members are, the prayer will not apply to them. The solution is to cast the prayer with one of the PvP-flagged party members selected. This will also flag the caster for PvP.
