One of the bosses in Stratholme, Postmaster Malown is the only mob who can drop the Postmaster set. He was also commonly sought after by mages looking for their Magister Boots, until the 1.10 patch.
Background
Malown was the Postmaster for Stratholme and when the scourge attacked was unable to escape their masses. He now haunts the city making sure that nobody tampers with the mail, and he has sworn that not even hail, sleet, or snow shall stop him.
Mailboxes
By decimating a particular ghost mailman by Fras Siabi on the Scarlet side of Stratholme. You will gain access to a handful of keys. Take these keys and open the mailboxes around Stratholme. You will be assaulted by more ghosts for each mailbox. After opening them all, you will summon the Postmaster.
