Perfect Deviate Scales are found primarily from the elite raptors and serpents inside the Wailing Caverns. It drops from these creatures and can also be skinned from them.
Uses
Perfect Deviate Scales are used solely in Leatherworking. They can be crafted into the following Bind on Equip items:
