Brakkar was a level 55 wind rider flight master located at Bloodvenom Post in the contested territory of Felwood.
Notes
Since the Cataclysm, Winna Hazzard transformed all the inhabitants of Bloodvenom Post into Bloodvenom Slimeslaves. This would presumably also include Brakkar, although the encountered slimes all have tauren outlines.
