Melgromm Highmountain is a level 70 elite tauren shaman for the Horde. He spawns during the Dark Portal Opens event, specifically when a Dreadknight spawns. He spawns with 5 other elite 60 Thunder Bluff Hunters. Suprisingly he wields a two-handed totem/carved log as a weapon, which is rare. Although he is definitely associated with the Horde, he is friendly to everyone. He must kill the Dreadknight and reach the very front of the portal to despawn. He can cast Chain Healing and Chain Lighting. He is probably related to Trag Highmountain and/or Huln Highmountain.

- He wears Tier 1 Gear, Earthfury Raiment, but he wears a chest and pants combo, whereas shaman players must wear a kilt/robe.
