Changes: Mechano-Tank Attack Target

Controls shadows. This cvar defaults to 1.

0 - Turns off all shadows, including the character-only 'blob' type shadow.
1 - Turns on shadows.

This cvar only works if extShadowQuality is set to 0.

To turn off all shadows:

/console shadowlod 0

Note: This no longer appears to function in the 4.x client.
