Background
Lord Vyletongue is head of the Putridus clan of satyrs. He has corrupted parts of Maraudon, stunting the growth of many of the plants inside.

Notes
Vyletongue is the first boss of the "purple side" of Maraudon. He is guarded by four stealthed Putridus Shadowstalkers, two in the doorway, and two in the room with him. The two in the dooryway can be killed without aggroing Vyletongue, but he is linked with the two in his room.
