Landen Stilwell was a human located in a cell to the left of Sorcerer Ashcrombe's own cell — in the dungeon of Shadowfang Keep. He was added as part of the [Blood-Tempered Ranseur] quest chain for blood elf paladins.
He was involved in the quest [23D] The Path of the Adept.
Background[]
According to information provided to the Blood Knight order by the Forsaken, Landen—a skilled smith in Baron Silverlaine's service, as was presumably Jordan—secretly smuggled a [Crate of Bloodforged Ingots] into the keep and hid them in the stables. When Silverlaine was toppled by Archmage Arugal and his worgen, Stilwell was placed in Shadowfang's dungeons. Unless you were a blood elf paladin seeking this quest, he would warn you to stay away from him — he claimed to be cursed. This proved to be true once Stilwell revealed the location of the ingots... and he transformed into a worgen himself.

Just leave me alone before it happens again.

He was presumably related to Jordan Stilwell — who himself gave Alliance paladins the quest to collect the components for [Verigan's Fist] as well as to Daphne Stilwell and Merissa Stilwell.
