Knight-Lord Bloodvalor is a level 60 quest giver located in Farstriders' Square in the blood elf capital of Silvermoon City. A member of the Order of Blood Knights, he is in charge of training the rank-and-file paladins, unless they receive summons from Lady Liadrin herself to train as Masters.
