Jesseriah McCree is a level 57 elite human NPC located at the Scarlet Enclave town of New Avalon. Along with the Scarlet Crusaders, he fights the neverending waves of ghouls attacking the town.

Strategy
The most common tactic players have used to killed him with is by using 
[Death Grip] and kiting him to Crypt of Remembrance and let the guards there kill him. Or they can kill the other Scarlet Soldiers and let the massive army of ghouls do the hard work and then the player finish him off. He can be pretty much easy killed by two players if they kill the adds.
A Blood speced Death Knight can easily kill him alone by death gripping or aggroing him over to one of the walls then they begin to fight him with their back to the wall. Once there all they have to do is cast Unholy Strike, Icy Touch, and then Death Strike to keep themselves healed. His cleave's knockback will not be a factor as their back should be facing the wall, this will cause them to only get sent up about jump height. During the fight all one has to do is continue to use Death Strike's heal and to keep diseases on the Scarlet Lord active. Rune Tap and other self heals will aid greatly.
Notes
He doesn't drop any loot, but many players have said that they felt good when they have successfully killed him without the kiting.[citation needed] He has no part in any quest, but players can use [Keleseth's Persuaders] on him during the death knight quest 
[55] How To Win Friends And Influence Enemies. He is VERY easy to get to talk. Most get him to spill the beans on the first or second application of the buff which makes the Crusaders talk.
Different players have reported seeing him after starting different quests so the exact trigger quest is unknown.
It is believed that his role is to control the ever-growing ghoul population, which would otherwise over-run the area.
