They are involved with the Love is in the Air world event starting in 2010. They are being investigated by detectives from the Steamwheedle Cartel with the help of adventurers.

Notes

The goblins in which they hire seem to be from the Venture Trading Company.

The company's name is a reference to the Hallmark greeting card company, which has a gold crown as its trademark, and sells holiday and special-occasion merchandise at its Gold Crown stores (including perfume and cologne). Valentine's Day, the real-world holiday which Love is in the Air is based on, is said by some to be a "Hallmark Holiday", that is, an event made up in order to sell greeting cards.
