Notes
POST-BC PATCH NOTE : This counterweight has been nerfed to 2%. Those are probably wrong. This "enchant" is unique in that is scales with weapon damage and attack power. It's damage is surprisingly good too. If you compare to the other enchants, it's very favorable for the cost of the materials (about 50s).
As an example, take the [Drake Talon Cleaver]. Here are the numbers for this and other enchants:
With 700 attack power, extra 50 dps:
[Drake Talon Cleaver] (76.54 base weapon dps) = 126.54 dps
[Drake Talon Cleaver] with +15 strength enchant = 128.69 dps
[Drake Talon Cleaver] with iron counterweight = 130.33 dps
[Drake Talon Cleaver] with +9 dmg enchant = 129.03 dps
Basic white damage.
On the other hand the other enchants affect special attacks such as mortal strike or seal of command too while the counterweight will only affect "white" damage.
