Iblis, Blade of the Fallen Seraph drops off Instructor Razuvious, the 1st boss in the Deathknight Wing in Naxxramas in Eastern Plaguelands.

Its glow is practically identical to the light blue glow of a weapon damage enchant.

Iblis means "Lucifer", Satan's name as a angel, in Arabic. The Arabic word for Satan is "Shaitan."

This sword's name symbolizes Lucifer's fall from Heaven.
