Blooddrinker will frequently use their blooddrinking ability which will drain life out of players in range and transfer it to the drinker. In order to kill them, they must be stunned when they reach around 50% life and killed while stunned (so focus fire). Blood Drinkers can be sheeped, and often CC'd and saved for last. Their AoE spell will do shadow damage, and heal themselves depending on the number of people hit. So Blood Drinkers should be attacked at range except the tank to minimize the amount of health regained. Of course, if you got enough dps and/or you can keep them stunlocked, you can simply lay into the troll. --Vaayn 2006-06-11 00:18 (MST)
Another strategy is to keep them tanked away from raid by the main tank alone, so they can just heal themselfes by drinking the MT blood. everyone (except the tank) then need to stand away and do range damage
